Category: Pattern

Material: Hair (dyed), PLA

Findings:
The composite with PLA keeps the highest colour intensity

Material: pure Hair

Findings:
Patterned metall plate gives very clear and accurate 3D imprint
Mold is parameter for thickness and therefore pattern and light effects.

Light, 3D Surface, Pattern

Material:
pure Hair (virgin blond)

Findings:
3D patterns can influence effect in light. Due to higher thickness parts are opaue. The resulting thinnening through the 3D mold pressing of the rest of the layer shows higher transluscency.
Very light and thin layers are not only illuminable but even projectable with high contrast effect.
